The outcome of each student’s year of study is a professional design portfolio which they use to apply for apprenticeships, jobs, design universities, and other opportunities. Their portfolios document their process and ability to solve problems creatively.
Students build content for their professional portfolios by documenting their creative process and developing skills throughout the year.
Portfolios include digital and hand illustrations, collages, draping, textile sampling, knitting, dyeing, pattern cutting, sewing, and technical packets.
