Applications for the Recording Artist Residency will open again in May 2023.

The mission of the residency is to contribute to the development of New Orleans’ recording artists by providing project management support, a recording studio, an engineer, and workshops on music and music business as artists create an original project.

Six artists per year are selected to create an EP (up to six tracks); receive project management support, professional portraits, a live performance video; and to be featured in the annual Embassy Showcase concert.

– Workshops on album design, promotion, and distribution
